Our Process

Start with Highlander Consultants in a kickoff meeting to talk about your firm, your needs, and what your company culture looks like. Once we have a foundation of who you are as a company and where you are trying to get to, we take a deeper dive into your hiring manager’s likes, dislikes, what the role you are looking to fill looks like on a daily basis. Next up, we have a Highlander Consultants shadow day where we watch and learn from your top performers in the role in order to learn what type of person fits your needed role best.

After our learn process with your company, we kick off our recruitment process where we utilize our TAC Philosophy for an in depth screening to find the best talent for your hiring need. Once all four steps are complete, your firm is ready for the interview process and line up start date and onboarding for your newly hired candidate.
